Structured cabling system engineering regulations

(1) "Structured cabling system engineering standard" GB50311

In accordance with the composition of the international standard system, according to the missing part of China's cabling standards, the chapter on industrial environmental wiring has been added, but the data center cabling system and home wiring system are not included in the scope of this specification. In order to better implement the national "broadband China" strategic goal, this specification specifically adds the fourth chapter "optical fiber to the user unit", and separately proposed the system composition, equipment configuration, product selection, performance indicators and other content. In order to maintain consistency with national standards such as electrical construction, a greater space has been added to the content of installation design.

The changes in the content of the new standard regulations are as follows:

Supplement and improve terminology content.

1.  system design

· With reference to the international standard ISO/IEC 11801 edition. It Mainly reflected in the system's classification, network topology, system composition, cable length, system indicators and other aspects.

· According to the original specification, as a wiring project, the design should be completed in seven parts: work area, wiring subsystem, trunk subsystem, building group subsystem, equipment room, entrance room and management. However, it will strengthen the requirements for setting up the entrance line, and pay attention to the technical requirements for the access and installation facilities of the external network.

Supplement the classification and composition of the fiber cabling system.

· Considering project requirement, the product application, technological development, and the cost of the project and other factors, the building will use different category cables, information outlets, wiring modules, patch cables in different areas.

· Knowing the limits of the cable lengths in subsystems and the supported transmission distance in various network applications. Different subsystems and network applications require different cable lengths. Designers will ignore and misunderstand the importance of cable length. However, it is particularly important for the design of the wiring system. It is the key to ensuring the cable transmission performance.

· Shielded system design should be operative and practical

· According to international standards and modify the open office design, using multi-user information outlets and point components.

2.  system configuration

Compared with the 2007 version, the content of this part will be based on the actual situation of the project and the composition of the network, taking into account the actual needs of the project, leaving redundancy and backup.   Connector insertion loss and return loss test standard

In the process of standard preparation, we need to constantly control new wiring standards, technologies, product development, doing a good job of market research, playing an active role in all aspects, relying on the coordination of all aspects of society, working hard, and making all standards applied well in market

(3) Regulatory mandatory provisions

At present, there are only three mandatory provisions in the standards for the construction of integrated wiring systems. The following are separately introduced.

· In GB50311:

Added "4.1.1 In the area where the public telecommunication network has achieved optical fiber transmission, when the subscriber unit is installed in the building, the communication facility engineering must be constructed by means of fiber-to-subscriber units."

The implementation condition of this article is firstly that the transmission network of the public telecommunication network has adopted the optical fiber transmission system. This condition was not realized in some counties in Tibet except China. Most of the telecommunication transmission networks use the SDH optical fiber transmission method. If the optical fiber transmission system is not implemented between the switching centers, then the “fiber to the user” is difficult to achieve. .

The subscriber unit is defined as a user area that needs to directly interconnect with the public telecommunication network when occupying a certain space in the building and changing user or service usage. Generally refers to commercial and residential buildings with rental properties.

This article is a mandatory article and is based on the objectives of the "Broadband China Strategy" and Implementation Plan. It is proposed to accelerate the construction of broadband networks and ensure the effective implementation of the project. At present, commercial and residential office buildings and some self-use office buildings in public buildings are rented out to some related companies or companies as office space, and the use areas, space divisions, and regional functions of these rental areas often follow suit. Changes to the hirer change. At the same time, companies or enterprise users who have relatively high requirements for information communication services and bandwidth generally build their own enterprise-wide computer LANs and their own wiring systems, and are directly connected to the access systems of public communication networks. For the area of buildings used by such users, if the traditional integrated wiring system is designed, there will be deviations in the location and quantity of information points, resulting in the waste of wiring equipment resources in the original work area; Wiring or computer networks

interoperate with public communications networks, making it inconvenient for users to use communications services. This specification proposes the use of "fibre-to-subscriber units" for the construction of communications infrastructure projects, that is, to meet the needs of users for high-rate, large-bandwidth data and multimedia services, and to adapt to the rapid growth of the demand for communications services at this stage and in the future; It can effectively avoid the frequent reconstruction and expansion of communication facilities; at the same time, it can provide users with the freedom to choose telecommunication service providers to create convenient conditions.

The new "4.1.2 Fiber-to-the-user-unit communication facility engineering design must satisfy the requirements for equal access of multiple telecom service providers and users of communication services in the subscriber unit can freely choose the requirements of telecom service providers."

The "Broadband China" Strategy and Implementation Plan issued by the State Council puts forward a clear definition of the legal status of broadband networks as a national public infrastructure; standardizes the competition behavior in the broadband market and guarantees fair access to public service areas; and incorporates broadband network construction into urban and rural planning. The overall land use planning; strengthen the coordination of broadband network facilities and other urban communication pipelines

residential areas, public buildings and other pipelines, and strengthen strategic guidance and overall deployment.

According to the "Notice on Further Regulating the Construction of Communication Pipelines and Communication Facilities in Residential Quarters and Commercial Residential Buildings" issued jointly by the former Ministry of Information Industry and the former Ministry of Construction (Ministry of Information and Communications (2007) No. 24), "a real estate development company, Project managers shall not sign monopoly agreements with telecom operators for accessing and using communication facilities such as residential quarters and commercial and residential buildings. They may not restrict the access and use of other

telecom operators in any way, and may not restrict user freedom. The right to choose a telecommunications business." Therefore, the regulations regard this clause as a mandatory clause and require strict implementation and review in the construction of the project.

Added “4.1.3 Communication facilities for underground communication channels, distribution pipe networks, telecommunications rooms, and equipment rooms for the new fiber-to-the-subscriber communication infrastructure project must be constructed simultaneously with the construction project.”

This article is mandatory and must be strictly enforced. The fiber-to-subscriber unit communication facility serves as an infrastructure, and the construction of the project is jointly undertaken by the telecommunications business operators and the building constructors. In order to guarantee the quality of communications facilities, most of the pipe trenches are part of the scope of construction of concealed projects. In the early stage of the project construction, the civil engineering shall be planned and designed in a unified manner. Simultaneous implementation shall be implemented during the construction and acceptance stages to avoid the impact of multiple constructions on the construction and users.

Keep the 8.0.9 content of the original (2007) specification, and change to 7.0.9 "When the twisted pair cable enters the building from outside the building, an appropriate signal line surge protector should be used."

In order to prevent the current and voltage generated by the lightning strike from passing through the twisted-pair cable into the wiring entrance facility, causing damage to the wiring equipment and communication facilities, and even causing fire or casualties, appropriate protective measures shall be taken. The entrance facilities shall be Select wiring modules that can be equipped with line surge protectors. The performance requirements of the indicators should meet the requirements of the design documents.
